I slept through my alarm today...oops...so, short post today...

I was watching Metamorphosis (4x04) for my If Clothes Could Talk project, and realized that:

Sam wears a different coat when he is inside Jack Montgomery's closet.

He arrives in a beige jacket, gets beat up - and then wakes up in the closet in one of his green jackets. When he busts out of the closet in heroic fashion, he is back in his beige jacket.

I think the show should hire me to keep track of these things. I'll be looking for a new job in August anyway.

Shoulder Shots
-Dean gets shot in the left shoulder (by Meg!Sam) around the beginning of February, 2007. (entry wound only)
-Around five or six months later, Sam gets shot in the left shoulder by Bella.
-Almost exactly one year later, Dean gets shot in the left shoulder again by demon!FBI around the beginning of February, 2008. (entry and exit wound)

So, Dean's left shoulder would have been pretty damn messed up until Castiel gets rid of all his scars in S4.

Season 4 rewatch
Ok, I've only watched three episodes, and one of those doesn't even have Sam in it....but MAN, I am suddenly REALLY noticing how controlling Dean is. I think I'd want to get away from him too. I think the first time I saw the episodes, I was too focused on the plot, and the second time I was too focused on Sam's behaviour...but, yeah, now that I'm watching again, I'm really starting to see what Sam was talking about. It makes me really interested to see what their relationship is going to be like in S6.

It also points out that Dean actually DID have a long way to go in treating Sam like an equal, not a kid.

Ah, I have no folded up the DVD set and placed it on my shelf with it's brethren. (Oddly, it is an eighth of an inch taller than it's brethren, and has slightly glossier writing - I am trying not to let it bug me.)

First off, let me just say how much I LOVE the song When The Levee Breaks by Led Zeppelin. I really wish they had been able to use it in the episode, it fits SO WELL (obviously why they named the episode after it). If there is not a fanvid out there with this song, a great crime has been committed.

Ok, typed up my thoughts on the other two episodes I watched today:

Short and sweet, but both are sort of Monster-of-the-Week, so not THAT much to say.

My internet went down at noon today, so it was the perfect excuse not to do my job and instead watch Supernatural DVDs all afternoon. I watched four episodes, but I've only typed up my thoughts for two of them.

Time line is doing well! Out of 8 episodes, I have 4 definite dates and 4 approx. dates. So far, S4 has been the easiest to timeline, though, something tells me that might all be about to change. It's pretty common for the seasons to get harder to timeline as they go, rather than easier.

In celebration, I rewatched the episode that shows us how it all began....

Tomorrow me and my sister watch Supernatural, then go for our nightly walk (during which we will discuss Supernatural), then I'll come back on here and share in all the happiness with the rest of you! :-)

I got my DVDs today! Yay! Slightly different packaging than my other three seasons, but it looks the same from the outside!

Sadly, I tried to watch the on my laptop and it couldn't even make it through the commercial at the beginning of the disc. So, I have no choice but to watch it on my sister's very dark TV. :-(
