S4 to 5x10 Dean Scars?

I have a question:

Were there any major scars that Dean's "re-hymenated" body would now have since 4x01? Was he shot at all this season or last? Knifed? I'm trying to remember but I really can't.

I know the boys have secret magical healing powers, but let's pretend for a moment that they don't - what record of events would be written on Dean's body?

As far as I can recall, the only external injuries Dean received was when he was shot in Changing Channels, and that wasn't even real...am I missing something?

Any help would be appreciated!

Hard to say since we see the things that could cause injury, but not the potential injuries themselves.

Hmm. That girl sliced him up in "The End". That theoretically could have scarred, I guess. If it actually happened.

Oh, and you can't forget when Alistair beat the crap out of him six ways from sunday. That probably left its mark. Unless getting stuck in "It's a Terrible Life" happened immediately after, in which case there could have been some more angelic healing.

Hmm. He dislocated his shoulder and probably got cut up a bit when they jumped out of the church window.

Was he hurt a bit in Metamorphosis?

According to my time-line, Alistair beat Dean up in late December, but Sam and Dean didn't start working at Sandover until March - so there is plenty of time for Dean to heal up from all kinds of injuries. As I recall though, Alistair just smacked him around (no knives), so it would have been all internal except for where he broke the skin on his face.

But he's definitely have a small scar on his shoulder from Bobby stabbing him in Sex and Violence.

What's your reasoning for putting that much separation between 4x16 and 4x17? Because I've been thinking the stint at Sandover started pretty much the moment Dean checked out of the hospital, because I've been thinking the whole point of having him there for weeks before the ghost deal started was so he'd have time to process 4x16 in the back of his head without having to either think about it or pointedly not think about it, so that when he got his memories back he'd be able to soldier on the way the angels needed him to rather than staying the ball of nonfunctioning angst he was at the end of 4x16, and I don't think it took three months to get Dean out of the hospital or for the angels to think up the whole Sandover Spa idea.

4x16 happened just after Pamela's funeral. Pamela died on the Winter Solstice (Dec. 22) in 4x15. The guy who was a few weeks away from retirement at Sandover was set to retire in April. Sam and Dean had only been at Sandover 3 weeks when they started talking...therefore there was at least 2 months between the episodes. I explain it all in my timeline...yeah, it doesn't make sense, and it might not have been what they intended, but those are the dates used in the episodes.

I just figure that Dean had enough internal injuries to require a lengthy hospital stay, and then he spent a month being so horribly depressed that the angels figured they had to do something.
