I'd prefer pre Arthur's death, mainly because Ihave enough of the Fics with all the angst I his reincarnation

Cool cool. That's what I'm currently leaning towards - mainly, because it saves me the trouble of coming up with exactly how/why Arthur and Merlin's fate would be different in the Men of Legend universe (because it would be, I really hated the ending of Merlin). I mean, you'll see clearly that's it's different, and I'll explore that a little, but I didn't want to have to think up a new death for Arthur... because that's sad.

And plus, I can still have a big reunion embrace even without it being a reincarnation fic, because they COULD be apart for a few days... (do you care about specific fic spoilers? maybe I just won't tell you why)... and we've seen from Merlin canon that Arthur is all about hugging Merlin if he's been missing for a bit. :)
