As you can probably see, I post a lot of Supernatural stuff - and then some random other stuff when I get bored. :P

Let me know if you decide to come to VanCon in 2011! The only rule on my LJ (and it's not really a rule) is that I like to keep things fairly positive when it comes to the show. Even when I hate an episode, I tend to try to focus on the stuff I liked rather than what didn't work...just because Supernatural is my happy-place ;)

Hi, I never know what to say here, but am introducing myself. I somehow found your journal, I really like your demented'verse. I love BBC Sherlock, HP (books more than movies) and my love of Supernatural might be better called obsession. And I am lucky enough to be going to Vancouver and the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State on vacation the beginning of August.

That's great that you get to go to Vancouver and Washington State! I hope you have a fun time. Are you going to be checking out any SPN locations? Renting a car?

I'm sorry I won't be around then to say hello - usually I'm in Vancouver, but since I'm unemployed this summer, I took the opportunity to return to my home-province and visit with friends for the next 6 weeks.

I will have a car because I am visiting a friend who moved out to Washington. He is picking me up at the Seattle airport and we are driving up to Vancouver for 4-5 days. I have turned him into a SPN fan so he is up for finding a filming location if we happen to be that lucky. If you have any advice on that I would appreciate it.

But I am also excited about seeing the gorgeous city in general. Any suggestions for something fun that we tourists wouldn't think of doing? We are driving up to Whistler for the day too. I am mostly hoping that it will be cooler then here because we have had a horribly hot summer.

I don't have any tips for finding an active filming site, besides that I hear they are using the code DL this year on their signs. (Active filming sites have arrows to them - for the crew - usually pink arrows with letters written on it.)

In terms of previous filming locations, raloria has a great list. My favourite is in Fort Langley, which is about 45 minutes out of town. It's a really nice little town anyway, and it happens to have that beautiful fence by the river that they used for Croatoan/Hunted in S2.

As for seeing the gorgeous city in general - I don't really have any insider tips. I'm sure mostly everything will be covered by a tourist guide book or something...it also depends how active you are, and how much money you want to spend. ;)

And you'll DEFINITELY enjoy the weather. :)

So, I was just wondering how the Men Of Legend sequel was going? BECAUSE I'M AM LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!!!

Oh man, oh man... so, I have it roughly outlined. There are a few things I still have to work out, namely, 1)how I want to write about what happened in Camelot post-MoL and before the sequel picks up, and 2)How I want it to end.

I also need to figure out if I want it to be pre or post Arthur's death - ie: will this be a reunion story or will it just be another Merthur adventure in Arthur's (first) lifetime.

So, those are the things that I'm debating - but I've got the plot of the adventure all worked out and exactly who my players are and what shenanigans are going to go down. It should be fun!

Cool cool. That's what I'm currently leaning towards - mainly, because it saves me the trouble of coming up with exactly how/why Arthur and Merlin's fate would be different in the Men of Legend universe (because it would be, I really hated the ending of Merlin). I mean, you'll see clearly that's it's different, and I'll explore that a little, but I didn't want to have to think up a new death for Arthur... because that's sad.

And plus, I can still have a big reunion embrace even without it being a reincarnation fic, because they COULD be apart for a few days... (do you care about specific fic spoilers? maybe I just won't tell you why)... and we've seen from Merlin canon that Arthur is all about hugging Merlin if he's been missing for a bit. :)

Hahaha, yeah, I didn't know about the presence of sticky-note posts (ie: a post that would always appear at the top of your blog), so I put the date as 2030 as a way to make sure that post was always first if people came directly to my journal.

Yeah, I do it all the time. :) It's why all my clothing posts and Master List posts are dated 2000 or 2002 - before the show even began. So that they don't clog up the current posts on my journal.
