Date: 2011-01-27 02:38 am (UTC)For the record, my cut off date for prepared foods has always been 1 week as long as it was put directly in the fridge instead of sitting on the counter for hours on end. I've never ever gotten sick from eating it, though I probably wouldn't feed week-old food to children.
