Hey,

If any of my flist lives in or near Austin, Texas...Hey Rosetta, one of my favorite bands, is going to be playing there in a couple weeks! You should go check them out. They provided the lovely lyrics in my header, and they are really great boys from Newfoundland...

(I've actually talked to the whole band before - the lead singer on more than one occasion, so I'm not just ASSUMING they are great guys. I know for a fact that they are.)

Thanks for the heads-up, but though I live in Texas, I'm about a ten or eleven hour drive from Austin. I'm actually closer, physically, to Phoenix and Albuquerque than I am to any of the big Texan cities.

Fair enough, thought I would mention it anyway. Without looking anything up (which I didn't) I have no idea where cities are in Texas. :-P
