The Sequel

Quick update: Things are going good so far with the as-of-yet-untitled sequel to Damned Demented Demons. I've already got nearly three chapters written! It's mostly just talking and not much action so far, but people seemed to like my talking chapters in the last one, so I'm not that worried. It's a bit harder with the sequel, because I don't have the easy plot-device of introducing the two worlds to each other anymore.

Now I'm debating whether I want to post as I write, or write it all and then post on a schedule... last time I posted while I wrote, but the ? drove me nuts, so I'm tempted to see if I can write it all and then pick a day of the week (or two) to post a chapter at a time (I like the feedback on the individual chapters).

You are the author and if the ? drives you barmy, maybe wait until it is completely written to post on a schedule. A possible compromise: posting snippets from the story as you write? Just to torment..er, whet our appetite. Not that you have to work that hard for me. I am just thrilled there will be more to read from you!

Thanks guys! I'll think it over. Maybe I'll just decide to start posting it exactly a year after I started posting the last one...in which case, I would have until April 1st to get as much written as possible.

The snippets idea is an interesting one too...I might keep that in mind. It's true that with the first one I posted the first page or so just on my journal before I started posting the chapters. Maybe I could do something similar as my own little "theatrical preview"

Yes, that's a good argument for posting as I go. I DO like the feedback, and sometimes you guys give me good ideas when you comment that I can incorporate into later chapters.
