I thought the same thing. It's probably been used more than just these two times, given what I like to imagine is the paucity of crappy motels -- with owners amendable to the periodic disruption of a camera crew -- in and around Vancouver.

You'd be surprised how many crappy motels are in and around Vancouver...though, I suppose not all of them want a camera crew around. I'm sure they've reused several motels - we all know how much they reuse Riverview Hospital. This is just the first time I've really noticed.
