Man, I just spent the last hour reading this fic instead of doing my job. It is an awesome episode length fic. Set in the second season, during simpler times, when all they had to worry about was Dean's crushing confusion, guilt, and despair...actually, come to think of it, those seem to be themes of the show even now.

There is many a good line in this piece. I could list them, but it's probably just better if you read them. The author really captures the boys voices, and how they can talk about all sorts of things without actually talking about them. The bonus is that it's an engaging action packed story as well!
