Yeah, I'm not sure what Cas and the Winchesters are planning to do once they find Kelly - truth of the matter is that they've (foolishly?) let children go before just because they're children - and it this rate, they're not going to catch up to Kelly until she has the baby - and then are they really going to kill a baby?
Would the CW even let them? Probably not.
So... yeah, I'm guessing this season will be about what you do when agents have different morals than the organizations that are trying to control them.
