True about the Yarrow... it HAS been about 10 years narrative-ly for the boys, so maybe they forgot about yarrow. :P
And you're probably right about Tina - they probably did go to her apartment and take any valuables and stuff she could use. And then they gave her cash too, because Tina HAD said that she was a lot of money in debt, so maybe she just didn't have that much spending money in her old life.
