Hey there, long time not here :-)

But I couldn't stay away from here, it never is possible if I watched an ep that was really awesome for me, since I know you are one safe haven for people who love this show, more-or-less no matter what :-)

So, that said, I'll just jump in too.

So, we return... and okay, does anyone else find it creepy that Dean is in different clothes? I mean, I understand why it's necessary, because his grown-up clothes wouldn't fit him... but that means that he was taken naked and dressed by Hansel...and yeah... creepy. Same goes for Tina.

Totally creepy! They must've re-dressed all the kids, those witch and Hansel, because they usually left the clothes behind. That's... one more reason to shove the witch into the oven. And Hansel too. The JP-kid looked so forlorn, so sad in that room... I wouldn't be surprised if his messed-up life stemmed from another messed-up childhood :-(

but he still does a fantastic job of being Dean, in my opinion.

Absolutely! It's really weird, seeing a teenager act so grownup and hardened, and if we didn't know it's actually grown-up Dean in there, I'd say "Wow, he wasn't acting like a kid at all, and that was so unrealistic". But since it was MEANT to be not-a-kid, this kid did fantastic!

it's a small thing, but it always annoys me when extra's don't react to major happenings around them because some idiot extra-director has told them not to, even though it makes absolutely no sense for them not to notice.

Haa, I noticed this too, with fondness. Especially the crowd of college-kid-looking drinkers, and all of them just stopped and stared. Hee.

it would have been awesome if that actually WAS the solution... I mean, I would have watched the crap out of that show... but I also would have missed Jensen a lot, or rather, older Dean

With you on this. I'd have watched that show, too, with older-Dean being a teenager and youngerSam being the grownup. Maybe for a few episodes at least.. But anyway, yes. That would have been a show I'd watch as well (only... same reason you say: No Jensen *sniff*)

nd even I knew that wasn't going to happen, because Colin Ford is too older to play 14 year-old Sam now.

Lol. Love your reason for the impossibility of Sam not changing :-D

Perhaps sadly for the audience, but good-thing for Dean - his clothes grow with him.

Though not completely. His jacket is way too short for his arms :-D
(but I swear to you, there is someone out there reading the fans' biggest "kinks"... de-aging, wetSam (last ep) and now Dean-in-a-hoodie? Keep on reading, writers! There's a lot of good ideas out here! ;-)

but doesn't Tina have a house somewhere and a bank account and possibily her own cash?

She has three ex-husbands and a lot of debt, is what she told them. So no, I don't think she has much. But I was a little weirded out too with her just going "somewhere".

"you pulled a Dean Winchester" - which basically means that Dean self-sacrificed yet again.

I loved that phrase, but I loved even more that Dean looked as if he couldn't even imagine that there is a phrase for it.
