I think Sam's definitely blaming Dean for "talking him into" living in the church... basically, he's blaming Dean for his own decision, and that's not right. I don't think he thinks Dean TRICKED him, I think he thinks that Dean shouldn't have come back to stop him, that he should have let Sam stick with his original decision of dying rather than making a case for living, as he did.
But the case remains that Sam did AGREE with Dean's argument that Sam should live... so yes, you're right.
If Sam wants to be in charge of his own decisions, he has to take responsibility for the decisions that didn't work out too (in his opinion.)
