I was super-impressed that not a single person at the mic asked for a hug. This is a first in all the cons I've attended. Also it seemed like there were fewer convoluted questions than in previous years. I enjoy the panels more when the people on stage do the majority of talking with prompts from the microphones.
Maybe that's just me. Excuse me now as I need to go chase kids off my lawn with my cane.
