Crowley knows where the demon tablet is - You mentioned this before but I could not understand how you came to that conclusion. I guess that's changed since you've watched Season 8 where he actually tortures Meg to get info?
I came to that conclusion because he has it in 8x01 right after he kidnaps Kevin. He tortures Meg for the info on the angel tablet.

I think Crowley screwed Dick because he knew it was only a matter of time before Dick screwed him - just like he had the vampires.
Sam's "Shut up" (I don'T think I've ever heard him say that to Dean before.
He says it to Dean in Mystery Spot. That's the first one that springs to mind. "I get all tingly when you take control like that."
Bobby loves Sam - this is kind of interesting because Sam just tried to kill him a while back when he was soulless.
Yeah, and the reason Sam did that was because Bobby loves him as though Bobby were his father, and Sam loved Bobby the same. Yeah, Bobby was a little cautious around Sam after that for a bit, but I think if a parent's kid has a psychotic break and tries to kill them, after the psychotic break, that parent doesn't love their kid any less - they might be a bit more frightened of them, but the love is still there.
And yeah, the neck makes sense "cut off the head" and I guess they wanted to get Dick confident enough that he wouldn't be ready to block an attack to the neck.
Good job on finishing up! I get my S8 DVDs in a week, and then I'll be starting my own rewatch. :)
