yeh, there were some odd moments, but overall it was a good episode with the usual theme of "can you get out of the life?" Of course Sam feels for himself that answer is no; so I still am wondering about his comments in season 8.
I think Lee is a selfish bastard like John for not leaving the life to protect his daughter. The girl is 14, hang it up and let her have four stable years of high school. Hunting will always be there later. Well, maybe that's what Sam learns .
