I think it's definitely Bobby possessing the girl. If you think back to After School Special in S4 - when ghosts possess people, they leave ectoplasm behind, and it's coincidentally black like Leviathan blood. The line of "just borrowing you for a minute" was definitely Bobby talking to the girl, and not the girl talking to Bobby.
