Maybe we can have both? Blaze of Glory that culminates in them ascending to God-hood?
I'm not sure that Sam's heaven would be that cut and dry though. But really, I have no idea what it would be because SPN is told from Dean's POV most of the time.
Ditto. But, not to be horribly depressing...but I think Sam would just be happy not to end up in Hell. I don't think he cares otherwise, you know? But, yeah, it's hard to say, given that we really do see Supernatural through Dean's POV 95% of the time. (Which is kind of funny, because the pilot is 95% Sam's POV).
