Yeah, my dad always wore generic t shirts. When I was little he wore white, but then colors became more readily available and he always wore blue. I think Dean is partial to black because it hides stains. :)
I loved the wardrobe choices in 6.1 -- especially the cookout scene, when he is in a buttoned shirt with NO LAYER, and the checking the house scene, when he is padding about in his sock feet. D: Wardrobe is SO MEANINGFUL on this show. Criminey!
Next I need to investigate when he starts wearing t shirts with designs on them. They almost always have to do with engines -- like the one when he is working with Ben on the truck, or more recently I think there was one for Triumph motorcycles. :)
