Honestly, the plot of this one did zilch for me, and I'm a sucker for a good time travel story (although you do have a good point about Rachel's complaint). I just loved seeing BOYS IN THE OLD WEST and DEAN/JENSEN IN PERIOD COSTUME. *thud* They both need to do a real Western sometime. It does surprise me, though, that Sioux Falls wouldn't have a Western wear store that carried at *least* 1880s apparel. But I'm from Texas and the writers aren't, so... eh. *handwave*
