but it would be awesome if it turns out to actually be in an episode...I mean what kind of weird stuff has Sam been taken, besides yoga classes ;)

Not only is Jensen totally professional, but his own sense of humor shines through--he stays in character completely, but a huge part of comedy is knowing when to play it straight.
AND THEN.
That "Well, maybe I should try--OWWW!" bit CANNOT have been scripted. That seems totally in line with Jensen's brand of comedy.
Jared is a goofball, but Jensen's brilliant. I love 'em both. :D
