she seems to be doing so many good things for Draco's development (you just can't imagine him like that back at Hogwarts!)

I read a book once that had this fantastic message (and a fantastic method of delivering the message), and it was "we are all better people when we are loved." Yes, you could argue that Lucius and Narcissa certainly loved Draco, but I don't think it counts when the people loving you don't love you enough to see what they're doing to you. I wanted to give Draco a wife that actually loved him. So, yeah, I'm very glad that she's going over well with you. She's still a Syltherin, but she's the GOOD side to that coin.

The Draco/Dean friendship was not something I expected to develop when I started writing the first story...but it did, and I kind of like it. It's sort of an oil and water friendship, but for some reason it works.

I think if it were up to Lucius, he'd be living in the manor with the death echo...but in my mind, after Lucius dragged the family name into the pit, Draco is now head of the house, and it was him who decided to move everyone out.

Thanks for reading and commenting. I've happy you are still enjoying it!!
