Thank you for the kind words on my characterizations of Dean and Draco. Dean DOES have a moral centre, no matter how skewed it might get from time to time...and yeah, much like you, I love it because it IS a touchstone for the character - as Sam's moral centre is for him (you can always tell there's something wrong with Sammy when it doesn't seem to be there).
