I usually would just got to FictionAlley (http://www.fictionalley.org/new/) and do searches...that's really the best way to find Teddy-fic, I find. I never really got involved in the HP fandom, so I don't know the LJ or independent archive sites very well. Teddy doesn't have too many fics listed directly under his name, but he can be found as a secondary character in a lot of next-gen fics.
