Where are you getting the Wizarding divisions of North America from? Because if there's honestly a source, that's awesome and I want to find it, otherwise, Lucius mentions they might be from Canada because they don't have French accents, but a significant part of Canada would potentially have French accents. Also, with the amount of immigration in North America, it's distinctly possible for white wizards to come out of the Native Territories is it not? I'm so confused by wizarding political geography!!!
