It IS a good challenge topic...it's such a good challenge topic that at this time of night my only thought is "Ugh, RESEARCH!?" and then I remember that that's what I do for a living and I feel ridiculous.
But no, it really IS a good challenge topic...hmm. The fic I saw that had a good theory had it be about angels - which of course, works well for Dean, but not necessarily for John...
Ok, yeah...now you got me thinking about it. Let me know if you have any guesses of what culture it reminds you of. I'm thinking African or Indian(east). I'll have to find a good picture of it and think about this...*wanders off muttering*
