Appearances:

Dean wears a white Henley in Blade Runners (9x16), from when he and Sam get the call from Crowley asking for help until they get Crowley back to the bunker.

I think I was more excited he was wearing a Henley, a white Henley, which is just all kinds of YUM! I don't think we've seen this one again. They really do need to put Dean in more Henleys.
