According to the latest news....CW is postponing the mid-season premiere of Supernatural so that they can play Vampire Diaries and Nikita on Friday instead. 

I think my icon says it all.

And since Sam has had his say in icon form,  Dean would like to weigh in...

I'm still clinging to the hope that this is some elaborate hoax...because seriously...especially after all the articles this week from the people who watched the pre-screen and recommended that their readers watch the show??! Why does the CW insist on shooting itself in the foot?!

JFC you are so right on here. They are so stupid, it hurts!!! If people choose to watch AI tonight instead of the vampire crap, then who cares!? That's what DVRs are for!!!

EXACTLY! And why show THE SAME SHOWS TWO DAYS IN A ROW?!?! How does that improve ratings?! Everyone who doesn't watch AI and watches CW on Thursday is probably going to not bother on Friday, because Smallville and Supernatural aren't on and they've already seen TVD.
