Opinions?!

 Hey everyone who friended me because of Vile Violent Vacations!

I have a couple of questions:

1. Who do you think should be the DADA teacher? Someone we know? An OC? 

2. If you friended me to get updates quicker, but you actually secretly wish that I would friend you back...let me know!

3. This isn't going to be part of my story at all, but I was just wondering...does anyone know the lines Umbridge made Lee Jordan write? It just occurred to me today while I was doing some research that there could be another person besides Harry out there with an "I must not..." sentence scarred into the back of their hand. I don't have my fifth book with me here in Vancouver (I have it on audiobook, but audiobooks are really annoying to use for research.)

Oh, also, I'll repeat: If anyone wants to make me a banner for the story...or any sort of graphic-art...I would really appreciate it. Eventually I want to have a nice one for the Master Post and when I start posting it to other communities once it's completed.

Anyway, even if you are a lurker who never ever comments on my story...if you have an opinion on the DADA teacher (or know the mystery of Lee Jordan's hand) let me know!

I just checked my OotP book and all it says was that Lee had scars on the back of his hand and Harry recommended essence of murlap. I'm guessing it was something along the lines of "I must not sass my professors," based on what he said to Umbridge. :)

I could go either way on a DADA professor. Maybe an obscure classmate of Harry's (e.g., in another house and never got much face time in the book series). An original character could work as well, but this way, it keeps to the Harry Potter Universe. Suggestions: Justin Finch-Fletchley, Padma or Parvati Patil or Angelina Johnson.

Thanks for the suggestions!! I will totally research those guys and see if I think they'll make good DADA material! I'd like to keep it away from OC people too, just because as soon as you introduce an OC DADA instructor, people assume they're evil.

I really have no idea...maybe Sam and Dean and Harry looking awesome with Hogwarts in the background? You could always wait to see if you get any ideas with how the plot develops...I'm in no rush. I probably won't need the banner until October.

I haven't read the latest installment yet, but i assume you wanted an opinion on the DADA teacher for the fic right? Hmmmm....

Luna Lovegood? LOL Just kidding. I have a feeling that if she's the DADA teacher they'll be busy looking for imaginary creatures. :)

I agree with the commenter above saying that you should get one of the minor characters, but not too minor, else they couldn't really relate. I wanted to say Neville Longbottom but he's the Herbology teacher right?

Yes, that's right...I need a DADA prof for the story (come Chapter 19 or 20).

Haha, Luna isn't going to work, I agree. But thanks for the other suggestions! I'll look up Ernie MacMillan and consider him...so far it IS actually Seamus who is in the fore-running. I've already ruled out the Patil's and Dean Thomas. Cho Chang doesn't work because of my own personal opinion of how she would have lived the rest of her life after the war.

Anyway, yeah...we'll see what I come up with!
