How did I spell them? Hahaha, that's the funny thing about my spelling - because I don't spell them wrong because I remember them wrong - I spell them wrong because I'm a phonetic speller when I'm doing stream of consciousness - so I'll do a lot of homonyms, or write freakwently instead of frequently, even though I know very well how frequently is spelled. And then, without a working spellcheck, nothing underlines in read to let me know that I've spelled incorrectly. (It's really odd, because the spellcheck works in comments, but not in posts for me - don't know why.)

Though, I'll be honest and admit that I'm not at all surprised that I didn't know how to spell scour - that's a word I tend to say and not write.

I've also seen the quote both ways - it makes more sense for Dean to say "Dad would have loved this thing", in my opinion, so I most likely heard it wrong.
