Agreed agreed, it was the consistent psychology that hooked me on the show too - and I love when episodes like this highlight it in other characters too. :)

And yeah, I'm also one to talk about how Dean should be able to roast a chicken by now... I haven't roasted a chicken since 2003! Hahaha... BUT, I mean, you can buy roast chickens at most grocery stores now, so I'm still not buying the lack of roast chicken in the boys' life. ;)
