what if the bad guys (say Rowena) were trying to summonor or contact Morgana, and Merlin and Arthur were trying to stop whatever Morgana was doing, and Merlin gets pulled in by accident, leading to Arthur of course storming in after him, because there's no way he's going to let Merlin get killed on his watch.
