Did he get knocked out in this one? I don't remember that. The box may have knocked him out, but that's normal for the box. Did Susie knock him down? Seriously, don't remember.

That being said, Sam's had multiple concussions - it probably only gets easier with time to knock him out, not harder. His skull is probably help together with wishes.

Rowena was definitely a hallucination... but yeah, you have to watch close to see the reveal on that one.

I'm also not sure how they're going to close out the year - it'd be nice if they had a little bit of a win, but this is Supernatural, so I'm not going to hold my breath on that one.
