I really want Derek and Scott to become brothers - just like Derek told Scott they were in the pilot. I really love Derek, and I have my own headcanons for him... and one of those is that despite his stand-offish behaviour in the beginning, he was actually wanting to have Scott be a brother - because he had just lost his entire family, after all. So, yeah, I want him to get that. I know he'll never be as close to Scott as Stiles is, of course, but yeah, I want Scott and him to form some sort of strong friendship bond.
