Indeed. I'd say him and Hardison were the least fleshed out - but Hardison at least benefited from having a romantic storyline with Parker, so we got to see a little bit more of him. Eliot wasn't fleshed out and he also didn't get any subplots. A damn waste of a good character and a good actor.
