Well, it's NOT cheese. It doesn't taste like cheese at all - not even cottage-cheese or anything that is used to describe it. It is more or less tasteless. Well... no, but neutral. But it doesn't matter, because I'm sure it's not easily available in Canada.

I know about Danone because it's like THE brand for milk-products over here. It's huge... would make a good company to acquire for our Dick ;-)
