But yes, the yogurt situation makes me sad. I actually had never had yogurt until I went to Germany (well, I had tried it as a child and not liked it), and then I was really dismayed when I came home and realized that yogurt here was not like the yogurt in Germany! Like I said, I've only found two brands that compare in Canada: Liberte Greek-style yogurt (which I believe is from Quebec), and Activia yogurt (a US brand)...the Liberte stuff tastes good even if it doesn't have the fat; but if I'm buying Activia, I have to make sure that it's the kind with fat in it, otherwise it's it really is like eating liquid plastic.
