It's the only HP xover besides mine that I really like too!!

I have the same problem with HP xovers that you do. I prefer them gen, since I don't like wincest and I certainly don't like anyone paired with Harry...and you know, I'm kind of a stickler for canon...I'm fine with AUs as long as they are well crafted and explained, but that's pretty goddamn rare.

I think you should give Airborne a go! I thought it was really good and the way the universe was crafted was interesting - and the author did a great job of explaining the world without EXPLAINING the world, if you know what I mean? Like, you actually just get it from dialog and believable inner monologue, rather than long narratives to the reader about the political system or what have you.

I have not read kellifer's wing!fic :O I will remedy this. Thanks for pointing them it out to me!

I'm glad you liked the Molly fic. Sometimes fic just doesn't appeal. I tried to find Merlin fic the other day, because I had watched a bunch of the episodes and I was like "Needz moar h/c..." but the fic didn't actually appeal to me that much.
