It was brought to my attention that in Fresh Blood S3 Ep that there was a sign in the place where Sam decapitated Gordon and it had posted 183 days without injury - question was brought up of if it was an indication of how long Dean had left to live -
By your information - it is indicated that Sam was originally resurrected on his Birthday May 2, 2007 so this information
October 24-26th, 2007 - Sam and Dean head to Maple Springs, NY, for 3 days, where they run into a spirit obsessed with Bedtime Stories. The episode opens on the evening of Wednesday, Oct 24th. -When the boys think it's a werewolf, Sam says that the full moon is on Friday, and Dean says that gives them two days - there was a full moon on October 26th, 2007. We know it is October, because when they see the pumpkin, Dean says that it is close to Halloween.
Unknown, 2007 - Dean and Sam spend 5 days on the coast of Massachusetts investigating a ghost ship. (Red Sky At Morning). -By the conversation between the brothers in the first Winchester scene, we can assume that not that much time has passed since the last episode
Unknown, 2007 - Dean and Sam hunt a vampire in search of Fresh Blood for his family, meanwhile Gordon renews his hunt for Sam.The episode covers 4 days, with the first scene with Gordan taking place the same night as the first scene with the Winchesters.
Helps to determine that if the Red Sky ep and the Fresh Blood ep didn't take the 9 days I was able to determine that there was from November 2, 2007 to May 2, 2008 that were 183 days till Dean died. I was wondering how sure you were of these two eps if they were really 5 days and 4 days because if Nov 2 was the date that Gordon was taken care of by Sam than the 183 days works but it's still very close anyway.
Thank you for your detailed information that you post, the OCD person in me appreciated everything thing you did here.
