Exactly! First I was shocked that people were joking about it, then when 7.02 aired I was shocked that people were actually surprised! I mean, really? In my opinion it's the most horrible thing can do to a person, so of course it would be used as a method of torture/torment.

I love Meg as a bad guy and basically it's all highlighted in this ep. She's like the YED; she's cruel, creepy and badass. But most of all, she's completely unapologetic.

YES! this is why I like her too (well, actually, I hate her, but that's because I'm SUPPOSED to - which means I think she is a good villain.) And you're right - besides the Winchesters she's the longest running character on the show! I wonder if they will ever kill her...I wonder what her actual name is too, because Meg was just the name of her first vessel.
