Gifs?

Hey People!

How do gifs get made? Is there a community out there where people post them? Or is there just Supernatural art communities and Supernatural icon communities?

My best friend wants a gif of Bobby from the S5 finale - from the point where he shoots LuciSam and then shrugs.

Any help would be appreciated!

I don't know of any communities just for gifs and I haven't seen many of Bobby. I could probably make it, as long as it's not for an icon. Haven't been able to figure it out for icons yet. :P

What dimensions are we talking about?
