As for the spider, holy hell am I glad someone else feels the way I do. I absolutely CANNOT kill spiders because they freak me out so bad. I'd also stare at it until someone comes to kill it, just so it doesn't escape. (If it did, I wouldn't be able to sleep!) *pats you* Thank goodness it is gone!!
